Project Examples

Requirements

Some of our students are currently employed within the property industry. As part of the course, all students work on a development proposal for sites that are currently for sale and have development potential. We also have a large number of international students, predominantly from China, who can bring in knowledge from a different culture and political background. Our students are experienced in working with international contexts.

We are based in Melbourne Australia and our staff and students are experienced in working globally online. We are planning a study tour to North America in January 2020 so there is also opportunity for face-to-face follow up with the project.
