Bring on senior learners from Acsenda School of Management to be your virtual interns, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one or more agreed to projects over the practicum period, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.
Learners in this program are capable to succeed in the integrated work areas of:
- Training & Development Recommendations related to HR functional areas like onboarding, skills assessments and program development
- Provide high-level design to enhance the performance of both new and experienced employees

Deliverables will vary depending on the scope of the practicum. However, these deliverables must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the practicum.
Possible deliverables:
A written report with detailed recommendations and/or custom templates that can be used by your organization. Depending on the opportunity areas you’ve asked the students to address, this report can include:
- Completed employee life cycle journey map(s) with opportunities for improved training and development identified.
- 3-6 month plan for implementing a new training and development program.
- A strategy and templates which will enable you to conduct a training needs analysis.
- A high-level design of training material for new or existing employees.

Project Examples
Requirements
Learners can complete a substantial project for your organization over the placement period. We suggest providing a starting project, but as the placement goes on there may be other duties or projects the learner is asked to complete as well.
Project activities that learners can complete may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing actionable training & development recommendations, processes or high level design to enhance the performance of both new and experienced employees
Learner placements will only occur virtually.
