Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from Keuka College to be your learner-consultants, in a mutually defined project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.


Learners in this program/experience will explore recognition, exposure and development of skill sets and awareness surrounding the social realities. They will explore purposeful implementation and deployment of challenging strategies.

Requirements

Individual learners will interact and research topics (in groups or as individuals) as we work with your company to identify, recognize and provide actionable recommendations, based on the in-depth comparative analysis with project partner objectives. (Pairing topics is possible).


Project activities that learners can complete may include, but are not limited to:


  • Leadership, supervision and accountability that is difficult to harness. Bias and its challenges.
  • Managing Diversity and Multiculturalism with a Pluralistic approach.
  • Transitional and Transformational Leadership: Responsibility and Accountability.
  • Ethical Decision-Making and Discipline.
  • Building Trust and Cohesive Stakeholder Relationships. Mindfulness.
  • Organizational Development. Management and Delivery of Services. Structural change that isn't popular. Performance measurements.
