It intends to create an extensive knowledge of the modern business world. Students will get familiar with international strategies, collaborative innovation strategies, and digital platform strategies to develop strategic decision-making. The approach adopted includes lectures, case analyses, and action learning through group efforts. These develop skills for strategic thinking and analysis, in leadership, communication, teamwork, and cross-functional integration.

- Competitive Environment: providing an overview and analysis of the competitive environment within which local company operates - perspectives on any trends which might impact the organization, other significant issues, trends, megatrends, political situation, etc.
- Competitive Analysis: Studying main competitors, identifying any similarities and/or differences between the competitors and any points of differentiation, and providing a competitive analysis
- Organizational Assessment: developing or adopting a framework for assessing the organization – based on the interviews with the client and presented research, providing a description of the company’s current strategy, and studying the company’s short-term prospects versus long-term prospects given its current strategy
- Recommendations: providing the strategy assessment and recommendations regarding the company’s current strategy

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
Riipen template NDA forms will be signed by every student in the team.
Be available for a quick online call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the course.
Incentives for students to be provided by the business: An official recommendation letter students can add to their resume, or an endorsement on students' LinkedIn page, or a reference of their cooperation with the business (in any form, LinkedIn reference, a certificate signed and sealed by the respective business, etc.)
Introducing someone to attend the final presentation either online or in-person, developing and/or filling the evaluation forms, and providing recommendation letters for the students.
Provide a dedicated contact who is available to answer periodic emails or phone calls over the duration of the project to address students' questions.
Ba available for one either online or in-person session to explain project objectives for the group.
UCW is specifically following APA Style 7th edition for reports. Any other format cannot be accepted when delivering the report.
