Requirements

In this assignment, students will conduct an overview of your business and gain an understanding of your industry and competitive landscape. As a participating organization, you can direct their research by providing particular areas of interest and context on the challenges you face. By allowing students to perform an unbiased assessment and review, you’ll receive unique insights into areas where they offer special insight.

Students will identify strengths, weaknesses and areas of opportunity. They will provide recommendations to address your business needs and insights into areas of potential growth.

Recommendations can include, but are not limited to:

  • Opportunities to streamline costs
  • Go-to-market strategy for new products or services
  • Changes to your digital marketing strategy
  • Overhaul of branding or communication strategy
  • Pricing or service structure changes

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:
