Daniel is inexperienced with editing audio, he was informed to meet certain requirements of audio before submitting. I provided information and guidance when Daniel asked, but it seems he got frustrated and decided to submit anyways with the errors, and no edits made. Everyone else was able to meet the standards given. The quality of the audio also has background noise every time he speaks, this isn't quality production. He does not put effort into the work, and he is only doing the job for the money as he mentioned on the first interview, and it goes to show he doesn't enjoy this type of work at all. To wrap it up he made false claims about lack of communication, and that the project was unorganized, when in fact he didn't respond to my emails and couldn't properly execute what was assigned. Very unprofessional and disrespectful overall. Would not work with this student again.
