To create high-quality, compelling content tailored to the identified strategy, designed to resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand’s values and voice. The content should effectively communicate key messages, promote engagement, and encourage social sharing to increase reach and influence.

Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Conduct a Social Media Audit:
  • Review Seges Markets' existing social media profiles to evaluate content performance, engagement rates, and audience demographics.
  • Identify key competitors and analyze their social media strategies, content types, and engagement tactics.
  • Deliverable: A comprehensive audit report highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
  • Define Social Media Goals and KPIs:
  • Establish specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for social media growth, engagement, and conversions.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success, such as follower growth, engagement rate, website traffic, and lead generation.

Content Creation and Planning:

  • Develop a Content Strategy and Calendar:
