A European coffee Franchise with over 150 locations including a recently opened franchise in Germany is considering opening a Canadian Franchise. This project is to inform the local Canadian contact on the end to end market entry feasibility

KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES may include:

  • Market entry feasibility considering competition, positioning and current Covid lockdowns and increased labour costs etc
