Learn and Earn (L&E) Model will consist of academic and technical upskill e-learning for the financial industry. After finishing the course, there will be a virtual placement where they will apply their knowledge and gain paid work experience.
This project will include:
- Business success forecast- 3 years plan
- Market research, analysis, and recommendations
- Strategy formulation and implementation
- Disruption and adaptation
- Business model design
- External analysis of environmental forces, industry structure and competitive landscape
- Investigating and recommending diversification or growth opportunities
Work progress and schedule will be updated on Airtable and calendar
All communication will be maintained via email and Microsoft Teams.
