Project Description: Welcome to Wouessi Inc.! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to our innovative project, Wouessi Event—Techtival. This project involves planning and executing an event to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and secure educational partnerships, focusing on content marketing, social media engagement, and stakeholder collaboration.


Main Goal:

The primary objective of this project is to plan and execute the Techtival event to enhance Wouessi Inc.'s visibility, generate new leads, and secure strategic educational partnerships. The project is designed for advanced-level students, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing strategies, and stakeholder collaboration. The project is achievable within 60 hours over 2–8 weeks, with a clear scope that outlines the depth and requirements of the event, ensuring students understand their roles and contributions throughout the process.

During this project, students will develop a marketing strategy, coordinate event logistics, secure educational partnerships, and engage with stakeholders. By clearly defining the scope, students can grasp the project's depth and requirements, ensuring they can meet expectations within the designated timeframe of 60 hours over 2–8 weeks.

Project Details:

Students will engage in the planning and execution of Techtival, Wouessi's flagship event, aimed at increasing visibility, generating leads, and securing educational partnerships. The project includes the following key tasks:

  • Task 1: Lead Generation and Marketing Strategy

Students will create a comprehensive marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, social media engagement, and content marketing to promote the event.

  • Task 2: Event Logistics Coordination

Students will assist in managing event logistics, including coordinating with vendors, securing a venue, managing invitations, and ensuring all event details align with the project’s goals.

  • Task 3: Stakeholder Engagement and Educational Partnerships

Students will engage with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, sponsors, and attendees, to build partnerships and secure valuable collaborations.


Final Deliverables:

The final deliverables for the project include:

  • Deliverable 1: Marketing Strategy Plan
  • A document outlining the social media strategy, content plan, and lead generation tactics for the event.
  • Deliverable 2: Event Logistics Plan
  • A detailed plan with the agenda, vendor list, venue options, and event timeline.
  • Deliverable 3: Stakeholder Engagement Report
  • A report summarizing the engagement strategies used, partnerships secured, and key contacts for future collaboration.

For students: To validate the completion of your work, please submit deliverables as uploaded files with a reflection note at the end of your project. These files can take various formats, including Word documents, PDFs, JPEG images, presentations, and more. We request tangible proof or an example showcasing your completed work. If the project involved a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please provide redacted deliverables or a sample of non-confidential work.
