The primary goal is streamlining and improving our internal system. The student will be trained in research and capacity building, aligning perfectly with EFE Consultance's values and expertise. This project offers a dual benefit: not only does it save time, but it also contributes to sales growth, enabling us to serve more clients efficiently.

Updating the website and collecting data to convert them into usable reports during interviews are critical tasks that require both technical understanding and the ability to translate data into actionable information. We are looking to invest in skills that are directly aligned with our company's needs and strategic goals.

Overall, this project presents a valuable opportunity for an intern to make a significant contribution while developing their own skills and expertise in a forward-looking professional environment.

This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Updating the website and bibliography

- Assistance and note-taking during 4 interviews

- Proofreading, correcting, and formatting 2 reports

- Analyzing the data collected from interviews and other sources

Final deliverables should include:

1. Website and Bibliography Update

Deliverable: A revised and updated version of the website with enhanced content and an updated bibliography section.

Criteria: Incorporate the latest research, links, and references relevant to education, training, and employment.

2. Interview Assistance and Note-Taking

Deliverable: Comprehensive notes from 4 interviews.

Criteria: Detailed, accurate representation of interview discussions, highlighting key points and actionable insights.

3. Report Proofreading, Correction, and Formatting

Deliverable: Two well-structured, error-free reports.

Criteria: Correct grammar, consistent formatting, and clear presentation of data and findings.

The student will be working closely with our team. We will be supporting them with anything they need in order to succeed
