Project: Human City is seeking a team of learners to review and refine the monetization plan for its app, SpotStitch. SpotStitch is a platform designed to connect users with local events and activities, enhancing community engagement. The current monetization strategy includes in-app purchases, subscription models, and targeted advertising. However, the company believes there is potential to optimize these revenue streams further. The goal of this project is to analyze the existing monetization plan, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable strategies that align with user experience and market trends. Learners will apply their knowledge of digital marketing, consumer behavior, and financial analysis to develop a comprehensive plan that enhances SpotStitch's profitability while maintaining user satisfaction.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a detailed report outlining the analysis of the current monetization strategy, a list of identified areas for improvement, and a set of refined monetization strategies. Additionally, the team will present a PowerPoint presentation summarizing their findings and recommendations. The deliverables should provide actionable insights and be supported by data analysis and market research.
