Habitat Learn has a multiple products and services that it offers to college and universities. It's legacy service called note taking express has 300+ schools that use its app and service. Habitat Learn wants to leverage that client list to promote its new products and services Ex. captioning and smart lecture camera.

We want a team of students to help us design and plan a product launch. We want to start with the states that use our service the most California, Texas, and New York.

One idea we have and want to further develop is hosting events in person and schools that already use our services and invite other schools to meet us to learn more about what we offer.

Deliverables

- organize schools by regions (audience breakdown/research)

- create marketing emails

- develop a plan to invite schools to our events. (market landscape assessment)

- Strategy: How we bring the product to market. Customer-focused plan with tasks and timelines built around delivering value to the end-user.

- Communication plan: Regular catch-ups, team meetings, scrums, stand-ups, stakeholder and board meetings — to keep everyone aware of the current state of play and how the product launch plan is progressing.

- Product launch checklist: A list of final pre-launch activities to ensure the product launch is a success.

- System to measure success of the product launch.

- Planning the launch event:

  • The budget for the activities
  • The vision and description of the product launch (car rentals, hotels, food, event space, speakers, presenters, etc.)
Mentorship

We will be offering the data needed regarding our client and desired client list.

This project will be managed by the CEO with support from his marketing, sales, and design team.
