Our organization is looking to develop a mobile application that will allow users to create and manage their bucket list. We currently operate as a travel agency and want to make it our goal to help people achieve their bucket list items.
The primary focus for the project will be:
- Application Development - Selecting the best technologies for creating a fully-functioning app (iOS, Android, and PWA)
- Software Architecture Development - Architecting the software of a new product
The preferred skills for this project include a knowledge of: JavaScript/Typescript, React, HTML and CSS Basic knowledge, React native, Node.js, Graph, SQL/Postgres, Basic Relational Database Knowledge.
Our goal at the end of this experience is:
- Application Development - For the students to create a fully functioning application.
- Software Architecture Development - For the students to provide a solution to ensure optimal performance and sustainability.
Other duties the student may complete could include:
- Software vendor research and evaluation
- Assisting with other process improvement projects
We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: company slack, email, and zoom
