Credibility - a custom-credibility check is done on each rating so that only those who 'should' be rating are actually rating.

Anonymity - all ratings are anonymous with NO personal information, usernames, or ID's associated with them. This ensures honesty and security.

Security - the data is encrypted, physically separated from the internet when not in use, and we do NOT collect personal information where possible.

Homogeneity - the platform isn't a '1-5 stars or nothing' service like Yelp!, Trip Advisor, Google Reviews, Hotels, Restaurants, etc...it actually asks users to rate different aspects of a business with homogeneous questions. For example in Hotel ratings, raters only rate what is applicable to their experience, but aren't limited to just '1-5 stars overall'; they can rate the location, food options, room, cleanliness, service, amenities, etc.
