Our company would like to explore software development for market delivery. The students will support the senior development team in the creating an overhaul of the website for the platform.

They will work on creating a new wireframe for the website and design a new UX. The student will oversee modules on our platform and assist the project manager. There will be a 2-hour commitment per day. 5 days per week for an 8-week term

The following are the task that need to be completed.

· Set task schedule for the week and schedule a daily touchpoint with the team of developers to discuss priorities, initiatives, and risk/challenges

· Provide a briefing and daily update to the Project Manager.

· Write clean code for platform

· Plan, design and develop user experience.

· Document existing code

· Identify problem areas in code and suggest solutions on how to tackle them

· Ensures accurate technical documentation and processes Ensure a cohesive experience across different browsers and device

Create website accessibility for people with disabilities to access the site,

· Identify problem areas in code and suggest solutions on how to tackle them

· Ensures accurate technical documentation and processes

· Help identify and solve application issues experienced by customers

Student will connect directly with Senior Developers and the Project Manager for mentorship throughout the project. Daily and weekly touch point meetings with be scheduled to provide answers to questions such as:

· Daily and weekly tasks /deadlines

· Understanding of workflow and assignments and feedback

· Industry standard developer information and review of software tools.
