Students will apply their knowledge of UI/UX principles to analyze user feedback and website analytics. The goal is to provide actionable recommendations that align with best practices in web design and enhance the overall user experience. This project offers learners the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, focusing on improving digital interfaces.

The project deliverables include a detailed report summarizing the findings from user testing, highlighting key issues and areas for improvement. Additionally, students will provide a set of prioritized recommendations for UI/UX enhancements, supported by evidence from their research. A presentation of the findings and recommendations to A&Z Consultants' stakeholders will also be required. This ensures that the proposed changes are clearly communicated and understood.
