To assist in the volunteer coordination for Black History Month for our organization.
Our goal at the end of this experience is:
- Operations - Oversee and Manage volunteer intake
- Intake- Create volunteer intake forms via google forms
- Volunteer Orientation- Communicate with volunteers about volunteer orientation days and times based on agreed time with manager
- Research and assist in source volunteer lanyards
Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
