Transparently Lebanese is seeking to expand its reach and refine its social media and communications strategy to better connect with its audience and amplify its impact. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive social media plan that leverages current trends and best practices to increase engagement, awareness, and support for the organization's mission. The project will involve analyzing existing social media efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and creating a strategic plan that includes content creation, scheduling, and performance metrics. This project offers learners the opportunity to apply their knowledge of digital marketing, social media analytics, and strategic communication in a real-world setting, while also gaining insights into the non-profit sector and social impact initiatives.

Deliverables

- A detailed social media strategy document outlining goals, target audience, content themes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).


- A content calendar for a three-month period, including proposed posts, visuals, and hashtags.


- A report analyzing the current social media performance and identifying areas for improvement.


- Recommendations for tools and technologies to enhance social media management and analytics.
