zoom (video conferencing tool) sales researchThe purpose of this project is to utilize the list of leads we have compiled, and reach out to them to initiate conversations and ultimately, get them to book a call with our CEO/internal team. We require support with researching proven email sales tactics, managing outreach, monitoring and tracking results, etc.
- Research proven tactics and templates for email outreach to leads
- Build templates within Hubpsot
- Send individual emails to multiple lists of leads (approximately 500)
- Send follow up emails to leads
- Monitor for responses
- Track results (calls booked, open rates, etc.)
- Report on results and make recommendations for future outreach
We would expect a weekly touchpoint with our team (likely via Zoom) to review progress, discuss results, answer questions, etc.
We would expect this project to be completed in full by April 20, 2023.
