VELOCIFIED specializes in improving the performance experience by developing lean fast-track approaches to get people to full performance in any job or talent role. Our clients quickly become fans and they love and appreciate our work. The problem? Once we work with them, we don’t yet have a place for them to store their content.

So, in that spirit we are creating a brand-aligned lean content management system that simply matches our clients needs and expectations. It’s not a big project but it is an important one for us. Some of the work has been done but it needs a thorough review and final design and programming with a view to defining an MVP that will meet our and our clients' needs.

We are looking for students with developed program and design know-how who are interested in experiencing this project as project lead engineers, front-end developers, back-end developers, project management, and UX designers to work with us as a beautifully minded and innovative tech team in the future of work.

Students will assess the existing project and software and determine its strengths and weaknesses in terms of program design and language and then redevelop a final UX and MVP that is the most efficient and well thought design approach.

Set project timelines, security features, development goals, develop user screens, configure authority rules, notifications, reports, complete project tasks, milestones, and user testing for a basic but beautiful, easy-to-use and wonderfully fast and efficient Enterprise CMS (Content Management System) & Tracking app for desktop and responsive environments that brings a smile to our users faces.

Students will receive on-going project support & feedback with an inquisitive and innovative CEO who has extensive experience in management and learning and development

Gain experience developing a software project using an accountability, communication and development framework and process that would suit both large corporate teams and smaller start-up projects.

Make key development decisions, decide on software and both give and receive feedback on their work from the team and the executive sponsor.

Improve their communications ability with managers in determining language that fairly articulates their needs and communicates their development activities.

Gain experience and get exposure to a positive team development atmosphere that promises to be fun, challenging, and recognize and celebrate both team and personal wins.

Gain experience developing a digital workspace app.

Be evaluated using course evaluation rubric.
