The main goal for the project is to create a retention strategy specifically for front line roles at CarePros, focusing on Child and Youth Care Workers. This will involve understanding the current retention challenges, identifying key factors that contribute to turnover, and developing a comprehensive strategy to improve retention rates.


Deliverables


- Analyzing the current turnover rates and reasons for leaving among Child and Youth Care Workers at CarePros.


- Identifying key factors that contribute to turnover, such as workload, compensation, work environment, and career development opportunities.


- Developing a comprehensive retention strategy that addresses the identified factors, including initiatives to improve work-life balance, training and development programs, and incentive programs.


- Creating a plan for implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of the retention strategy.


- Presenting the proposed retention strategy to the leadership team at CarePros for approval and feedback.


Mentorship

Members of the CarePros People and Culture department will be made available to meet with students. We will share data, policies and current processes with students to review.
