Review the web page and content for the product to gain an understanding of how the product works and what it does. Recommend branding, positioning strategy and website content.
Define target audiences and segments and how to reach them. Audience is both corporate/business and personal development.
Founder likes exclusivity. Introvert, good conference speaker, likes to not be in the public eye so much. Likes the outcomes for people to generate word of mouth and organic reach.
Price points for on line course is $500, for Executive Training 2 days - $1800 per person, or $900-1000 per person for single day.
Creatively brainstorm about the product, it's benefits, and the best way to showcase and promote it. Think about the client journey and ways to engage them in designing lead generation. Use engaging story-telling.
Identify what the client wants and kind of positioning that would attract them. Define 2-3 desired "changes of state" that would appeal to each client.
Identify potential competitors and look at how they successfully advertise their programs. Eg. MindValley on Meta/Facebook and Instagram
Develop a social media marketing and marketing strategy highlighting the best platforms to advertise and test advertising on.
