presentations community outreachWe are looking to do a community engagement campaign, to connect with members of our community and share with them our organization and the supports we would like to offer the community.
- Research, Identify and create list of stakeholders in the Black community in Saskatchewan: ethnocentric associations, intercultural association etc.
- Conduct outreach efforts through email and social media communications
- Present virtual community engagement presentations with stakeholders
A supervisor will be working closely with students throughout the project.
About the company
Our organization, The Black Canadians, Africans and Caribbean Professionals Association Inc. (BCACPA), is a community non-profit membership association. We strive to address the deeper issues that individuals face, particularly newcomers from the Black community, youth and professionals who identify with the Black diaspora in Saskatchewan.
Our vision is to be the epicentre of development for world-class Black professionals.
Our mission is create a space that celebrates, recognizes and motivates Black professionals to excel academically and professionally while transforming their communities.

Equipping Black people in our community to be professionally prepared for the workforce in North America.
We have facilitated presentations and panels showcasing individuals who have excelled in their area of expertise.
