Wouessi Digital aims to develop a prototype for a platform tailored to the operational needs of NGOs. The goal is to create a user-friendly interface that enables NGOs to efficiently manage their projects, connect with donors, and report progress. This platform will streamline workflows, enhance transparency, and improve stakeholder engagement. By incorporating user-centered design principles and agile methodologies, the platform will be scalable, secure, and adaptable to various organizational needs. The project will focus on understanding the unique challenges faced by NGOs and translating these into practical solutions within the platform. The learners will apply their knowledge of software development, user experience design, and project management to achieve these objectives.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a functional prototype of the NGO Operations Management Platform, complete with core features such as project management, donor engagement, and reporting tools. Additionally, a comprehensive user interface design document will be provided, detailing the user-centered design approach. The team will also deliver a presentation outlining the development process, challenges faced, and solutions implemented.
