Hymdal is an AI venture capital analyst, helping with scouting and due-diligence, and trying to create the perfect funding round for everyone involved.

We are building with the latest LLM technology, and is at the forefront of implementing AI applications. As such, we are constantly trying to improve the evolving UX of our AI platform.

We need a team of designers to work with our leadership team to innovate and design the next version of our platform, which will involve customers being interviewed via audio by our AI.

Success in this project means:

• Reviewing our Design System and making any improvements as needed
• Revamping existing design components in Figma to achieve this next phase of our product. Components include: an audio chat interface and simplified data presentation.
• Basic marketing materials to compliment the new product (home page redesign would be a bonus).

1. Project Plan- Identify goals, milestones, and set a timeline for the project
2. Review requirements and existing designs- Familiarize themselves with the existing product to understand the requirements, design work, and feedback that already exists, and to identify gaps to be filled in the next stage.
3. Check-in: Audio-chat interface and data presentation options submitted to Hymdal leadership.
4. Check-in: review of progress, course correct any changes that need to happen.
5. Finalize- Handoff all deliverables and findings in a package that allows for your work to be easily understood and incorporated into future projects.

• Preparation of any relevant resources and assets in advance of the kick off call
• With a regular weekly check-in call
• Reasonably responsive throughout the collaboration to unsure progress is not blocked.
• Allow the learners to share the work they do for us in job search materials
