To increase our service quality, client retention rate, and client satisfaction score, we’ve designed a two-phase project around cloud services development. This is the second phase, in continuation of our phase one.

In completing this project, we’re looking for three students with a strong background in Information Technology (IT) analytical problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn newer technologies such as Cloud Computing.

This phase is about developing cloud services to automate manual business processes.

As this is a two-phase project, the preference will be given to a student who's looking to complete all two phases with us.

Depending on their existing skills, background knowledge, and availability, the student may engage in some or all of the following:

• Review manual business processes and develop cloud-native solutions to automate these processes
• Developing recommendations on the existing processes while identifying rooms for improvement / missing workflows
• Assist with services operations tasks such as research, analysis, solutions development, beta testing
• Assist with client management tasks such as creating client deliverables, attending client meetings, organizing client notes, administrative work, creating client profiles, compiling case studies
• Developing case studies, passing cloud certifications in AWS, Google or Azure

Deliverable:

• One complete case study as per the client/business guidelines
• Passing cloud certifications (if needed), for developing cloud service competency

• Messaging via Slack
• 1:1 check-ins (weekly basis unless otherwise arranged, about an hour long)
• Video meetings for business/technical meetings
• Training sessions (as needed)
• Cloud platform account creation and setup
