The main goal of this project is to increase the number of prospects for Intact Solutions by outreach via phone, email, and social media. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Researching and identifying potential prospects.

- Contacting prospects via phone, email, and social media.

- Nurturing the relationship with prospects and booking a demo with them.

- Maintaining prospects in the CRM system.

Deliverables

By the end of the project, learners should demonstrate:


- An understanding of the target market and the types of prospects Intact Solutions is looking for.

- Ability to research and identify potential prospects.

- Ability to contact prospects via phone, email, and social media.

- A report of the research and findings.
