The goal of this project is to strategically enhance CLICK Digital Empowerment Inc.’s growth and visibility by utilizing the expertise of four interns in business development, content creation, executive operations, and client engagement. Through proactive outreach, creative marketing initiatives, and operational support, this project aims to expand the company’s reach, secure new clients, improve internal processes, and position CLICK as a trusted partner for small and medium-sized businesses seeking digital transformation solutions. The interns’ collective efforts will contribute to building a sustainable foundation for future success.

Deliverables

Role #1 - Market Research & Strategy Lead

About the Role:

CLICK Digital Empowerment Inc. is seeking a Market Research & Business Strategy Intern to support strategic growth initiatives, analyze market trends, and develop insights that will drive business decisions. This role is ideal for an analytical and innovative thinker with an interest in business strategy, startups, and SaaS consulting.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

1. Market & Competitive Research

  • Conduct a deep dive into the digital literacy and SaaS consulting market to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze at least 5 competitors, documenting their offerings, pricing models, and marketing strategies.
  • Provide a summary report with insights on how CLICK can differentiate itself.

2. Industry Insights & Thought Leadership

  • Research and develop 3-5 industry reports or articles on digital adoption and literacy for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
  • Assist in creating a content strategy to position CLICK as a leader in the space.
  • Present a list of strategic blog topics and content ideas for CLICK’s website and LinkedIn.

3. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify at least 10 potential SMBs that could benefit from CLICK’s services.
  • Research and suggest 3 partnership opportunities (e.g., SaaS providers, co-marketing opportunities).
  • Draft outreach templates for potential business collaborations.

4. Innovation & Product Strategy

  • Brainstorm at least 2 digital products or automation tools that could complement CLICK’s service offerings.
  • Research the feasibility of these ideas and how they align with CLICK’s goals.
  • Provide a brief proposal outlining the next steps for product validation.

5. Weekly Strategy Meetings & Reporting

  • Participate in weekly check-ins to present findings and receive feedback.
  • Compile a final strategy report summarizing key insights and recommendations.

Role #2 - Content Creation & Video Specialist

About the Role:

CLICK Digital Empowerment Inc. is seeking a Content Creation & Video Specialist Intern to develop and produce engaging video content for our marketing channels. This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills, a passion for video production, and a creative approach to content creation. The intern will work closely with the team to create compelling videos that resonate with our target audiences, particularly seniors and small to medium-sized businesses.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

1. Video Content Creation & Editing

  • Produce long-form and short-form videos for the CLICK website, social media platforms, and client-facing materials.
  • Edit videos to enhance engagement, clarity, and visual appeal, ensuring they align with CLICK’s brand voice.
  • Create at least 3 client testimonial videos and 2 tutorial/explainer videos for digital literacy services.

2. Video Marketing Strategy

  • Assist in developing a video marketing strategy to promote CLICK’s services, focusing on attracting small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Research and recommend the most effective video formats and platforms to engage the target audience.
  • Ensure videos are optimized for SEO, increasing visibility and driving traffic to the website and social media.

3. Social Media Content Creation

  • Create short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Produce engaging video snippets for social media to highlight key points from tutorials, client success stories, and other educational content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate video content into broader campaign strategies.

4. Video Promotion & Audience Engagement

  • Work on creating a video content calendar and ensure videos are released consistently across platforms.
  • Assist in promoting videos through social media channels and client communications.
  • Monitor engagement metrics (views, comments, shares) to track video performance and provide insights for future content.

5. Creative Collaboration & Feedback

  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to propose new video ideas and formats.
  • Gather feedback from internal teams and clients to ensure videos meet expectations and drive results.
  • Implement feedback to refine video production and ensure high-quality output.

Role #3 - Business Development Associate

About the Role:

CLICK Digital Empowerment Inc. is seeking a Business Development Intern to support the growth and expansion of the company by identifying new opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and finding creative ways to develop the business. This role is ideal for a highly proactive individual who enjoys networking, research, and finding new ways to positively impact a business’s success. The intern will help increase CLICK’s visibility, bring in new clients, and ensure the company capitalizes on growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

1. Networking & Outreach

  • Identify and research at least 5 relevant networking events for the founder to attend (either virtual or in-person) to increase visibility and build partnerships.
  • Reach out to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that may need assistance transitioning to digital platforms, offering digital literacy services and SaaS consulting.
  • Develop and maintain a list of potential leads, track outreach, and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.

2. Business Development Opportunities

  • Research and identify 3 industry-related opportunities for the founder to participate in (e.g., case competitions, virtual conferences, pitch events) that could bring exposure to the business.
  • Apply for loans, grants, and government programs that may benefit CLICK’s growth and operational needs.
  • Explore new collaborative opportunities, including partnerships with other businesses or organizations that could enhance CLICK’s offerings.

3. Creative Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop innovative strategies to reach new client segments, focusing on SMBs and other untapped markets.
  • Propose creative sales and marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, partnerships, or unique promotions to expand the client base.
  • Assist in creating client presentations and materials that can be used to pitch CLICK’s services effectively.

4. Insight Gathering & Reporting

  • Attend virtual webinars, conferences, and industry events to gather insights that could help improve CLICK’s services and business strategy.
  • Provide regular progress updates on outreach efforts, opportunities pursued, and results achieved.
  • Create a final report summarizing key opportunities discovered, outreach activities, and suggestions for continued growth.

Role #4 - Executive Assistant

About the Role:

CLICK Digital Empowerment Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant Intern to serve as the founder's right hand, offering essential administrative support and taking on key tasks as needed. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can manage day-to-day operations, maintain communication with various teams and stakeholders, and handle administrative duties with efficiency and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Day-to-Day Administrative Support

  • Provide assistance with daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Take over shared inboxes to manage incoming internal and external emails, prioritizing and responding where necessary.
  • Track whether interns have completed tasks or submitted required documents such as NDAs or policies.
  • Monitor and manage scheduling for meetings, podcast sessions, and other time-sensitive tasks.

2. Task Delegation & Follow-Up

  • Take on delegated tasks as needed, completing them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure tasks and action items are completed by the assigned intern(s), checking progress and providing reminders as necessary.
  • Draft and send reminder emails, follow-ups, and summaries to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

3. Podcast Coordination

  • Help schedule podcast sessions and coordinate with podcast guests to determine their availability.
  • Communicate with podcast teams to ensure all logistical details are taken care of in advance.

4. Document & Communication Support

  • Draft and send emails or communication on behalf of the founder, especially when time is limited.
  • Ensure that any communications are clear, professional, and aligned with the company’s tone and objectives.

5. General Executive Assistance

  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks that arise throughout the day.
  • Assist with legal document tracking (NDAs, policies, etc.) and ensure they are signed and stored appropriately.
