The main goal of this project is to evaluate expansion into the US. The project aims to provide recommendations for a Canadian company to expand service offerings internationally, acquire talent internationally, and remain competitive in the marketing industry.

1. Identifying the main competitors in the US marketplace for digital marketing services.
2. Conducting a comprehensive review of existing research and industry reports on the topic.
3. Analyzing case studies of companies that have successfully penetrated the US market from Canada.
4. Identifying the skills and resources required to implement marketing strategies, and identifying any gaps that may need to be filled.
5. Developing recommendations for how your marketing business can effectively integrate AI into your marketing strategies and stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving field.
6. Preparing a report or presentation that effectively communicates the research findings and recommendations to stakeholders within your organization.

Students will work closely with CEO, Dave Burnett who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
