Details

This project is focused on executing clear, measurable improvements to INSPIRELY’s website through UI/UX design, SEO optimization, and conversion rate enhancement. Students will be expected to apply proven design principles and digital marketing strategies to improve user experience, increase time-on-site, and drive more signups and sales. Tasks will include implementing UI/UX changes, rewriting web copy with SEO best practices, and making data-informed adjustments to improve conversion performance.


Only students who are truly committed to putting in focused effort, learning actively, and delivering results should apply. This project is about action and measurable impact, not just planning.

Deliverables

By the end of this project, students will complete the following:


  • UI/UX enhancements: Executed improvements across key Inspirely web pages to uplift user experience, simplify navigation, and increase visual appeal—based on current best practices or collected user feedback.
  • SEO-optimized content updates: Refreshed headlines, descriptions, and body copy using keyword research to improve organic search visibility and ranking.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implementation of actionable strategies such as compelling CTAs, user journey improvements, and layout tweaks to drive higher engagement and registration conversions.
  • Content curation: Sourcing, refining, or repurposing relevant content (copy, blog posts, customer testimonials, etc.) that resonates with Inspirely’s target audience and aligns with brand voice.
  • Graphical improvements: Designing or refreshing graphics and visual assets (banners, icons, featured images, etc.) that enhance user interaction and support Inspirely’s messaging across web pages.
  • Performance tracking setup: Integration of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, or Hotjar to monitor improvements in bounce rate, page time, conversions, and user flow.
  • Before-and-after documentation: A detailed report showing the specific changes made, results achieved, and key takeaways supported by visuals, data, and conversion metrics.


This project emphasizes execution, attention to detail, and measurable impact. Students are expected to show real initiative, commitment to quality, and the ability to produce meaningful results that directly support Inspirely’s growth.
