The main goal for the project is to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement tools for Musey's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability engagement. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Conducting research on best practices for CSR and Sustainability engagement in the social enterprise sector.


- Collaborating with Musey's team to identify specific areas of impact and desired outcomes for CSR and Sustainability initiatives.


- Developing a set of KPIs that align with Musey's mission and values, and can be used to measure the success of CSR and Sustainability efforts.


- Identifying and implementing measurement tools to track progress towards the established KPIs.


- Creating a reporting framework to communicate the results of CSR and Sustainability initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.


Deliverables


By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive report outlining the research findings on best practices for CSR and Sustainability engagement in the social enterprise sector.


- A set of clearly defined KPIs that are tailored to Musey's specific CSR and Sustainability goals.


- Implementation of measurement tools to track progress towards the established KPIs.


- A reporting framework that effectively communicates the results of CSR and Sustainability initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.



Final deliverables:


- A final report including the research findings, established KPIs, implemented measurement tools, and reporting framework.


- A presentation to Musey's team to explain the developed KPIs, measurement tools, and reporting framework.


Mentorship

Students can have access to guidance and leadership from Musey to asait them with project development. There are initial project plans and research to use as basics to establish their own research. Access to team development
