Seleste is a new wearable tech startup in Vancouver creating smart glasses for the blind/visually-impaired. We truly believe smart glasses are the future of personal computing and want to use technology to make a positive impact and help an often overlooked group of people. The glasses have a camera so that visually impaired people can video call a friend and ask for help. They can also use computer vision for Reading Text, Object Recognition, and more. You will work directly at the forefront of the new wave of wearable technology while helping to change the lives of the 217 million visually impaired people worldwide.
