We, ACC, are seeking an individual who is organized, determined and more to welcome on to our team as Digital Project Manager. Within this role, the student will facilitate effective communication between various teams, including the Marketing, Sales, and Software Development teams, while encouraging collaboration and guiding ACC towards our current goals/targets. As a Project Manager, the student will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the Founder and CEO of the company to provide insight on progress achieved by all teams, as well as gain a further understanding of business operations.

Digital Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and fill our Digital Sales Representative role at ACC. The Digital Sales Representative will play a critical role in the expansion of our customer base. More specifically, the student will conduct business-to-customer outreach and facilitate meetings between potential tenants and homeowners, while guiding them through our unique matching process. In addition, the individual will aim to drive revenue growth and analyze the revenue cycle/sales processes to provide feedback on how they can be improved.
Digital Marketer
At ACC, we are seeking a student, who is creative and motivated, to take on a role as Digital Marketer. As ACC specializes in matching like-minded tenants and homeowners into shared accommodation, the student will play a key role in reflecting our brand identity across various platforms. Additionally, the Digital Marketer will be tasked with increasing customer engagement, online visibility and traffic while also generating leads through digital channels.
Mobile App Backend Development
We hope to update and develop new backend features for our existing mobile app to enhance user experience. We also hope to gain insight into different aspects of our mobile app that could be optimized. Students should be prepared to: Architecture and Design optimizations for the Mobile App backend Analyze the performance and scalability impact of various in-place and proposed designs Support development of documentation within a team environment Follow a given template to develop features as requested Create and integrate fully-functioning features as discussed, with stakeholder assistance in providing content and copyrighting Test prototypes with other team members, refining ideas with feedback
Web App Frontend Development
We hope to update and develop new frontend features for our existing web app to enhance user experience. This will involve: Conducting background research on our existing web application for the product. Following a given Figma template to develop features as requested. Creating and implementing fully-functioning features as discussed, with employer assistance in providing content and copy. Implementing frontend SEO strategies to the web app. Conducting UX / UI testing.
Web App Backend Development
We hope to update and develop new backend features for our existing web app to enhance user experience. We also hope to gain insight into different aspects of our web app that could be optimized. Students should be prepared to: Follow a given template to develop features as requested. Create and integrate fully-functioning features as discussed, with employer assistance in providing content and copyrighting. Provide insight on methods used to build the features. Implement backend SEO strategies. Optimize and improve page speed for the current web app. Test prototypes with other team members, refining ideas with feedback.
Sales Person
Aisha Comfortable Coliving is looking for a Sales Team to communicate with users and increase conversion rates. Our top priority right now is to get more property listings on our website. The project will consist of 80 hours of communicating with customers using a variety of strategies, encouraging individuals as well as property managers / real estate companies to list their properties with us. Students who exceed the given project deliverables will be eligible for extra incentives including gift cards, opportunities for future positions, etc.
Digital Content Creation
The Digital Content Creators will be engaged in creating 80 hours worth of digital content for the Aisha Comfortable Coliving website and social media platforms. We expect the student will be able to create approximately 60 pieces of digital content for us.
Mobile App Backend Development
We would like to work with students to develop and add some backend new features to a mobile app. We would also like help with optimizing different aspects of the mobile app. Students should be prepared to: Follow a given template to develop features as requested.
