Event Butterfly Inc is a Technology company, that develops event software to support Event Hosts, Venues, Planners, & Promoters,... and unites them with Event Attendees.

We help organizations host successful events, including hosting a few events of our own. We believe this is the best way to understand our event software users.

The event proceeds are re-invested into: our people resources, said event software, and philanthropy efforts.

Event Butterfly protects its Intellectual Property within the USPTO.gov system. Recently Event Butterfly Inc was awarded its Trademark 'Word Mark' and 'Design Mark'. We are registered in Class 9: Computer and Software Products, and Class 25: Clothing and Apparel Products. We are also approaching the Patent stage.

You don't need to restructure to an Employee Ownership Trust. I think one way you can approach this is by hiring an independent contractor that has expert talent and can help you with short term projects as you get establish and prepare to launch.
