Project Examples

Requirements
  • Evaluate the sign-up process on the company website to identify any areas of frustration or confusion to increase the percentage of users who complete the sign-up process.
  • Review the check-out process on the company's e-commerce website to identify ways to increase incentives for purchasing and decrease friction that may cause cart abandonment.
  • Assess the user-friendliness of features of an online catalogue (eg.display and search functions) and identify ways to improve the user journey to incentivize the desired outcomes and increase user satisfaction.
