This initiative aims to create Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities for our students, allowing them to apply their skills in real-world scenarios related to their program of study.
Centennial students from the software engineering programs are skilled in various aspects of website development, including front-end and back-end programming, UX/UI design, and content management. They are proficient in using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and various CMS platforms.
Learners
Employers can expect professionally designed and fully functional websites tailored to their requirements. The deliverables will include complete source code, design mockups, documentation, and a final presentation detailing the development process and features implemented.
Project Examples
Requirements
We are looking for website development projects where students can create new websites, redesign existing ones, or develop specific features such as e-commerce capabilities, user login systems, and responsive designs. Projects can range from building small business websites to more complex web applications.
