Expected outcomes and deliverables

Projects are to have an outcome which has an environmental or sustainability context to it. These are students learning Project Management principles in the background, while engaging with stakeholders to perform their project and deliverables.


Course: 8 months


Timeframe

Semester 1 (4 months)

  • May - August - Meet and discuss project (or potential project) outline and deliverables.
  • Students will create and complete a Project Charter which requires Sponsor sign-off.

 

Semester 2 (4 months)

  • Students complete their Project Management Plan
  • October - Project Execution phase begins.
  • December – Final deliverables and presentations
