The First Year Orientation Program is a mentorship program designed and tailored to help the first year community at DeGroote excel in any and every way possible. We are extremely passionate about the first year experiences and doing all that we can in order to promote academic and social growth in all who participate in our program.

With our mission to, “Foster and facilitate connections among the DeGroote School of Business based on the foundation of community and connections and to offer support, opportunities and purpose to first years students,” we are launching the very first FYOP: Mentorship & Mentee Case Competition.
