Learners will analyze personal, inter-personal, group, teams and organizational issues and strategies, using a range of Organizational Behaviour (OB) concepts and analytical frameworks and provide recommendations for improvement.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Deliverables are negotiable and will seek to align the needs of the learners and the organization. 

Some final project deliverables might include: 

 

  1. A 10–15-minute presentation on key findings and recommendations.
  2. A detailed report including the outcomes of research and analysis, and viable/practicable recommendations.
  3. A comprehensive final reflection report summarizing project's achievements, the analysis, recommendations, and outcomes

Requirements

Learners in groups of 3-5 will work with your company to conduct a review of inter-personal, group, teams, and organizational issues and will provide actionable recommendations, to address those, based on their in-depth research and analysis.
