Our students have taken course on Organizational Behaviour that focuses on the following topics: Values and attitudes Personality Motivation Group behaviour and work team dynamics Leadership Power and organizational politics Organizational culture and change Learners will analyze personal, inter-personal, group, teams and organizational issues and strategies, using a range of Organizational Behaviour (OB) concepts and analytical frameworks and provide recommendations for improvement.
