Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from NAIT to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.


Learners in this program/experience will have the knowledge and skills to manage projects in fast-changing environments. Students will be able to apply agile philosophy/methodology in different industries/domains including, but not limited to, technology, product

development/improvement, sales and marketing, manufacturing etc. The course will provide hands-on experience to apply the agile principles, methodologies, frameworks, techniques, and tools to manage the projects.

Deliverables are negotiable, and will seek to align the needs of the learners and the organization. 


Some final project deliverables might include: 

  1. A 10-15 minute presentation on key findings and recommendations
  2. A detailed report including their research, analysis, insights and recommendations

Requirements

Learners in groups of 5-6 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis.


Project activities that learners can complete may include, but are not limited to: 

Event management planning

UX research

Introductory AI prompt writing

Business decision research

Workshop facilitation and requirements gathering

Scrum/Kanban

Process mapping and review

Companies must answer the following questions to submit a match request to this experience:

Be available for a quick phone/virtual call with the instructor to initiate your relationship and confirm your scope is an appropriate fit for the experience.

Provide a dedicated contact person who is available for weekly/bi-weekly drop-ins to address learners’ questions as well as periodic messages over the duration of the project.
