Students will apply experience in training principles and current educational technologies to design and create an interactive on-line learning session for your organization.

Phase 1 – Project Plan: Students will meet with organization representative(s) to devise the project scope. Students will then and prepare a detailed proposal and present to your organization.

Phase 2 – Project Execution: Students will work on deliverables outlined in the proposal. Teams will periodically communicate with organization representative(s) as needed to complete project tasks.

Phase 3 - Outcome - Students will deliver an on-line learning tool for your organization along with suggestions for in person training and follow up as appropriate.
