Madison has been an excellent tutor. Her devotion to the success of the RIIPEN program has been commendable. She started preparing instructional videos at the beginning of the term without being prompted when she found some time. She is also accommodating and extremely clear while explaining problems to the students. Her communication is also excellent; she always emails or meets me with suggestions for improving the tutoring experience.
