Madison has been an excellent tutor. Her devotion to the success of the RIIPEN program has been commendable. She started preparing instructional videos at the beginning of the term without being prompted when she found some time. She is also accommodating and extremely clear while explaining problems to the students. Her communication is also excellent; she always emails or meets me with suggestions for improving the tutoring experience.

Madison was the best performer among the tutors for Phase II of the project. The topics got progressively harder during the project's second phase, and more students came to the tutors seeking help. Madison always succeeded in delivering! I noted she developed some excellent templates to solve certain types of problems. She also tutored students seeking help from other courses like Business Mathematics. In summary, I am incredibly pleased and impressed by her performance as a Business Statistics tutor. I highly recommend her for any future position that she may apply.

I concur with Madison's logs and performed duties. She has admirably performed her role as a tutor. Numerous students have benefited from her efforts as well as those of other tutors. She has also provided me invaluable feedback regarding the topics where students seem to be consistently struggling, which I could relay to the instructors (including myself). This in turn will improve the quality of instruction in Business Statistics courses.

Madison Murray did an excellent job in conducting research and writing vignettes. She quickly learns the writing styles for vignettes focussed on organizational change management and comes up with brilliant ideas to create business case studies. She demonstrated good work ethics such as dedication, and determination to produce an excellent business case, and remained professional in her approach to work. It was a pleasure working with Madison.
