• Insighteur is made up of Canadians new and old to Canada where we strive to give everyone a chance to make difference especially if they come from non-traditional backgrounds. Two out of three founders are new immigrants to Canada and the third is a first generation Canadian whose parents were also immigrants. It is with this background we invite anyone to get their early start with us. Insighteur is business to business Software as a Service organization and we aim to help companies to reduce the sting of employee turnover and absences that decrease operational efficiency by enabling business process documentation through short user generated video's captured by actual front line staff using their smart phones and our Insighteur application. Capturing video business processes with a smart phone provides companies the ability to now: 1/provide specific on the job training in minutes, 2/have a platform to measure and analyze innovation and improvement, and 3/provide documentation captured at scale and efficiency by the front line experts who are innovating and creating best practices everyday.

• Working closely with our software team members to build Insighteur application
• Software development and design of application on both Android and iOS devices using Flutter programming language and AWS
• Participate in application design and code reviews
• Bug solving
• Collaborate with a cross functional team (Backend, Frontend, Sales, Marketing, Product Management)
• Maintenance of the company’s website
• QA testing of the application

• FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET:

As a software team member the employee will have weekly/monthly assignments (adding new features/bug solving/QA testing) which will be discussed with Software team lead
