PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: Insighteur is made up of Canadians new and old to Canada where we strive to give everyone a chance to make difference especially if they come from non-traditional backgrounds. Two out of three founders are new immigrants to Canada and the third is a first generation Canadian whose parents were also immigrants. It is with this background we invite anyone to get their early start with us. Insighteur is business to business Software as a Service organization and we aim to help companies to reduce the sting of employee turnover and absences that decrease operational efficiency by enabling business process documentation through short user generated video's captured by actual front line staff using their smart phones and our Insighteur application. Capturing video business processes with a smart phone provides companies the ability to now: 1/provide specific on the job training in minutes, 2/have a platform to measure and analyze innovation and improvement, and 3/provide documentation captured at scale and efficiency by the front line experts who are innovating and creating best practices everyday. KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET: There are 3 key elements to this role: Content Planning Content Creation Community Management IDEAL ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES/RÔLES/RESPONSABILITÉS:* • Grow and expand company social media presence, either through new social media platforms and/or increased presence on existing platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. Accountable for all platforms for the company • Social media calendar development and curation • Bring creative organic and paid solutions to brand and product campaign development to achieve goals and improve performance • Generate, publish, and share daily content • Analyze all social media platforms for relevant metrics such as reach and engagement, providing regular reporting on the social media initiatives • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with internal teams and stakeholders • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, as well as contributors, athletes, and ambassadors FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET: This position will be responsible for coordinating and developing the monthly and seasonal online marketing campaign(s), supporting social media management, co-working with other team members on new product releases, managing website contents, review and creating marketing/product sheet.
