The primary focus for the student will be:

• Strategy - Help us identify and develop a strategy and an implementation plan for entering a new market; to help us capture new revenue streams and identify funding, grant and partnership opportunities; to help us secure new funding.
• Operations - For the student(s) to help us develop and implement more efficient and effective processes that maximize employee performance/customer satisfaction.
• Marketing - For the student(s) to help us reach more customers, effectively promote our brand, mission, and story; to complete full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis; complete a marketing strategy review; design a new marketing strategy;
• Sales - For the student(s) to help us roll-out better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales; design a new/improved pricing or service structure
• Talent - For the student(s) to help us build and maintain a productive, diverse, and engaged team

Our goal at the end of this experience is:

• Marketing - Full customer, competitor, market, and environmental analysis report; create a marketing strategy
• Sales - Design a new/improved pricing or service structure
• Talent - For the student(s) to help us build and maintain a productive, diverse, and engaged team

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
