Marketing Strategy & Content Creation
REAL Biz Moms is a community devoted to equipping moms with the confidence and support they need to live their dreams on their own terms through our events and our membership. We need your help to create marketing and sales collateral to help us promote our offerings. We’re looking for a student to help us create a marketing strategy to promote our services and develop the campaign materials to implement your strategy. Based on our goals, project tasks may include but are not limited to: Development of Marketing Strategy Implementation plan Content calendar curation Marketing package creation Graphics/branding Digital marketing content (social media posts, facebook/google ads, etc.) Sales collateral development (email campaigns, brochures, one pagers, etc.) SEO Other marketing-related tasks We'd love to hear your unique and creative ideas on how to best market our service and attract new clients!
Market Validation Study
At REAL Biz Moms, we are a community devoted to equipping moms with the confidence and support they need to live their dreams. We are looking to gain a better understanding of our target market (mom entrepreneurs, working moms, moms with side hustles, personal development moms) to ensure we are positioning ourselves in the right segment, offering effective benefits, and creating the best marketing messages. To accomplish this, you could focus on providing: A complete analysis of our current offerings, our target market, and the positioning of our brand. Conducting empirical interviews and/or questionnaires for feedback on our brand, product, service, etc. Executing further market research to develop a comprehensive report of our target market. We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of our target market and how we can better satisfy their needs. We would like recommendations on how to improve our positioning, brand, and products to better suit the market.
Business Strategy Development
The main goal of the project is to work on completing email marketing tasks from creating the email campaign copywriting to launching a campaign. Students should focus on: Mapping our operational processes. Creating a strategy. Setting up operational systems & processes. Manage email newsletters, email campaigns, including development of email content, creatives, and ensuring emails follow the industry best practices. Building audiences, managing list hygiene and leveraging data within the customer file to drive dynamic content and personalization. Drive continuous optimization and growth through continuous A/B testing, make recommendations and implement action plans to improve results. Explore new email media marketing strategy which can be beneficial for new client acquisition and nurturing existing leads.
