• Insighteur is made up of Canadians new and old to Canada where we strive to give everyone a chance to make difference especially if they come from non-traditional backgrounds. Two out of three founders are new immigrants to Canada and the third is a first generation Canadian whose parents were also immigrants. It is with this background we invite anyone to get their early start with us. Insighteur is business to business Software as a Service organization and we aim to help companies to reduce the sting of employee turnover and absences that decrease operational efficiency by enabling business process documentation through short user generated video's captured by actual front line staff using their smart phones and our Insighteur application. Capturing video business processes with a smart phone provides companies the ability to now: 1/provide specific on the job training in minutes, 2/have a platform to measure and analyze innovation and improvement, and 3/provide documentation captured at scale and efficiency by the front line experts who are innovating and creating best practices everyday.

KEY PROJECT ACTIVITIES/TÂCHES ASSOCIÉES AU PROJET:

• Help us mock up and design an appealing and easy to use user interface for our smart phone app
• Design what the visual screen of the apps look like and map out the flow of the apps
• incorporate our establised branding and colors into the Insighteur app
• Mock up visually what appealing app screen look like. Focus given to simplicity of use and to increase end user experience and high level of engagement with Insighteur app.

• Graphic design and/or application user interface (UI) design experience
• Programming experience (Flutter, AWS)
• Ability to map business processes and build screen mock ups based on stage of business process

FINAL PROJECT DELIVERABLES/LIVRABLES DU PROJET:

• Map out the various screens and navigation of the Insighteur app
• design ideal visual mock ups of what each screen will look like based on existing branding guidelines, ease of use, and elements to keep end users engaged in the Insighteur application
